Title Deed Plans
If you have recently completed the purchase of a property or pursuing a purchase then land registry may require an up to date set of compliant site plans in order to finalise the sale. Post My Plans have been preparing such plans for a number of years to assist legal advisors and client during completion stages of certain properties. We can provide these to your desired scale and paper sheet size; these would usually be emailed over in PDF format.
Building Lease Plans
If you are in the process of signing a business lease then the land registry will usually require an up to date set of site plans to be issued which form part of your agreement with the vendor.
